Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and update job descriptions, and manage job postings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Oversee the full recruitment process, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and negotiating employment terms.
- Manage employee onboarding, including paperwork and planning training and development for recent hires.
- Maintain and manage accurate employee records, including attendance, leave management, performance evaluations,



and disciplinary actions.
- Address and resolve employee issues to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle employee separation processes, including exit interviews and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all HR activities.
- Act as the sole HR professional, managing all HR responsibilities independently.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
- Minimum 1 Year of experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
