About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Intern to join our Business Development team. The role will provide hands-on exposure to corporate sales, lead generation, client communication, and business development in the corporate travel industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in identifying and generating new business leads.
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and assist in presenting CoTrav’s travel solutions.
- Maintain and update lead databases, sales trackers, and CRM records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for client meetings, proposals, and follow-ups.
- Research potential corporate clients and identify new business opportunities.




- Support the team in achieving monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects and existing clients.

Skills & Competencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over calls.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive, target-oriented, and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing graduation in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Interest in sales, business development, and client acquisition.
