Roles & Description
- Travel Curation: Consult directly with high-net-worth clients to design fully customized, high-end travel itineraries, including 5-star accommodations, private transfers, and exclusive VIP experiences.
- Pipeline & Conversion: Manage the entire sales lifecycle from inbound lead qualification to deal closure, delivering personalized proposals via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Supplier & Partner Management: Liaise with global luxury hotels, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), and private charter providers to negotiate competitive rates and add exclusive client amenities.
- Relationship Management: Act as a dedicated advisor to clients, ensuring seamless pre-departure planning, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-up to build repeat business and referrals.

Requirement and Qualification
- Industry Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience within luxury travel, high-ticket hospitality, or premium concierge services.
- Destination Expertise: In-depth knowledge of top tier global destinations, ultra-luxury resort brands,



and current trends in experiential travel.
- Communication & Demeanor: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a refined, consultative approach suited for high-net-worth individuals.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with travel CRM platforms, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), or building itineraries on Word or PowerPoint.
- Sales Drive: Solid negotiation skills with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive revenue targets.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Gross Sales Revenue: Achieving monthly and annual revenue targets for luxury package bookings.
- Conversion Rate: Percentage of qualified incoming leads converted into confirmed travel bookings.
- Average Booking Value (ABV): Maintaining high spend per booking through upselling upgraded suites, private transportation, and unique experiences.
