Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + incentive

About the Role :-

We are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales Executive cum Business Development Manager

(BDM) who will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, acquiring clients,

developing relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition,

telecalling, and business development and should be comfortable communicating with prospective

clients over phone, email, WhatsApp, and online meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, references, databases, and

other channels.





Identify and approach potential clients and understand their business requirements.

Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective clients.

Pitch company services/products and explain their value proposition effectively.

Convert qualified leads into clients and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Schedule and conduct online meetings/demos with prospective customers.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions as required.

Negotiate with clients and support the closure of business deals.

Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.

Regularly update sales/recruitment CRM or MIS reports.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and delivery after client acquisition.

Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Ensure timely follow-up with all leads until closure.
