Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international client inquiries and provide appropriate technical & commercial support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers and distributors.
- Identify and develop new international business opportunities in potential markets.
- Prepare and send quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and sales documents in foreign currency.
- Communicate professionally with international clients through email, calls, Google Meet, and other virtual platforms.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing international customers.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, documentation, and finance teams for smooth execution of export orders.
- Understand and work with International INCOTERMS, shipping terms, ports, freight, and export documentation.
- Keep track of international chemical market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate with overseas customers regarding pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.




- Ensure timely order execution and achieve international sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in International Sales / Export Sales / International Business, preferably in the chemical industry.
- Experience in handling international / overseas clients will be preferred.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with foreign clients through Google Meet, email, calls, and online platforms.
- Strong sales, negotiation, customer relationship, and account management skills.
- Valuable understanding of foreign markets, customer requirements, and market trends.
- Knowledge of International INCOTERMS, ports, shipping terms, and export procedures.
- Ability to prepare quotations and commercial offers in foreign currencies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
