CSR Executive – Construction King

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Graduation in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR, Social Work, Management or related field will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and execute Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and coordinate with NGOs, social organizations, communities and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of CSR projects related to education, healthcare, community development, setting and social welfare.
- Conduct research to identify suitable CSR initiatives and community development opportunities.
- Coordinate CSR events, campaigns, awareness programs and community activities.
- Maintain proper documentation, records and reports of CSR activities and expenditures.
- Monitor CSR projects and track their progress, impact and outcomes.
- Prepare regular CSR reports, presentations and updates for management.




- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for smooth execution of CSR initiatives.
- Assist in ensuring that CSR activities are properly documented and aligned with applicable company requirements.
- Collect photographs, feedback, impact data and other supporting documents for CSR records and reporting.
- Support management in developing long-term CSR strategies and community engagement initiatives.

Preferred:

Experience in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, corporate, NGO or social development sectors will be an advantage, with strong experience in CSR project coordination, stakeholder management and community-focused initiatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
