About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Jewellery Merchandiser to manage product planning, assortment, inventory coordination, and product performance across our retail stores and online channels.

The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of the jewellery industry, retail merchandising, inventory planning, and sales analysis. The role requires close coordination with design, production, inventory, retail, marketing, and vendor teams to ensure the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantities.

Key Responsibilities

Product Assortment & Planning
- Plan and maintain jewellery assortments across retail stores and online platforms.
- Analyze sales patterns, customer preferences, and inventory data to identify product requirements.
- Ensure an appropriate mix of jewellery categories and collections across locations.

Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels across stores and warehouse.
- Coordinate with inventory and production teams for timely replenishment.
- Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-performing products.




- Recommend stock transfers, replenishment, product rotation, or liquidation wherever required.

New Collection & Product Development
- Coordinate with design and production teams for new collections and product launches.
- Track product development and production timelines.
- Ensure new products are available within planned launch schedules.

Retail Merchandising
- Analyze individual store performance and recommend suitable product assortments.
- Work with retail teams to improve product availability and assortment.
- Support display planning and visual merchandising initiatives.

Sales & Product Performance Analysis
- Analyze sales, margins, stock levels, and SKU performance.
- Identify best-selling and underperforming products.
- Recommend reordering, stock movement, promotional, or assortment strategies based on data.

Vendor & Production Coordination
- Coordinate with jewellery manu
