Job Title: HR Executive – Projects & Operations

About the Role We are looking for a agile HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for our field and project employees. You will be the go-to person for manpower deployment, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement across our project sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent & Lifecycle Management: Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities for site manpower.
- Payroll & Data: Coordinate attendance, payroll inputs, and maintain HR documentation/MIS dashboards.
- Compliance & Vendors: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity), and manage contract labor documentation.
- Employee Relations: Address grievances, drive engagement initiatives, and support disciplinary actions.
- Site Coordination:



Partner with site managers for manpower planning, deployment, and performance appraisals.

What We Are Looking For
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or MSW (HR).
- Experience: 2–5 years of HR experience, ideally within projects, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or O&M.;
- Core Skills: Strong grasp of labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and MS Office.
- Attributes: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and a willingness to travel to project sites as required.
