Drive alignment of Current Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders and the external supplier base > Provide leadership, direction and strategy, and make operational decisions cost/benefit analysis with key stakeholders and partners > Maintain and follow-up on action plan(s) > Develop documentation to support production (PFMEA, work instructions, flow charts, procedures, routings data, product labels) > Ensure compliance to New Product Introduction (NPI) Phase Review Guideline > Actively participate in design reviews and provide input to new electronic circuit designs obsolescence redesigns > Play a major role in implementing Lean Manufacturing within the plant > Be a key player in resolving yield issues during pilot to Mass production > Project manage product enhancements from design divisions
