Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience: Freshers / 01 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate; MBA/BBA Freshers preferred

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days/Week | Sunday Fixed Off

Shift: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Shine, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and daily recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation, and joining.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills.




- Robust interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good sourcing and candidate-screening abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior recruitment experience is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: 13,000 – 15,000 per month
- Experienced: 18,000 – 25,000 per month
- Salary depends on experience and performance.
- Incentives up to 10,000 per month
