Paint / Furniture Polishing Supervisor – Indofurnish

Pay: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience

Job Summary

Indofurnish is a custom furniture manufacturing company based in North Goa, specializing in furniture for residential, commercial, hospitality, and office spaces.

We are looking for an experienced Paint / Furniture Polishing Supervisor to supervise our finishing team and ensure high-quality painting, polishing, spraying, and finishing of furniture.

Location: Verla, Canca, North Goa
Applicants must be based in North Goa.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise painters, polishers, sprayers, and helpers.
- Oversee sanding, staining, painting, spraying, polishing, and finishing.
- Check colour, shade, texture, and overall finishing quality.
- Identify defects and ensure corrections are completed.
- Ensure proper use of paints, lacquers, varnishes, and finishing materials.
- Coordinate with production and carpentry teams.
- Maintain quality, safety,



and production timelines.

Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in furniture painting, polishing, or finishing.
- Previous supervisory/team-handling experience preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of furniture finishing processes.
- Knowledge of spray guns, polishing machines, and finishing materials.
- Valuable eye for detail and finishing quality.
- Good team management and communication skills.

Practical Test

A practical test will be conducted during the interview to assess hands-on furniture painting, polishing, and finishing skills.

Work Schedule

Full Time | Day Shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
