About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Account Executive to manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate company services and solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and business discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial documentation.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through negotiation and closure.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients to drive conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Design, Projects, Estimation,



Operations, and Finance to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, proposals, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Track project and account status and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
