Job Title: BTL Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and energetic BTL Marketing Executive to plan and execute on-ground marketing activities. The role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through targeted below-the-line initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute BTL campaigns such as activations, events, and in-store promotions
- Manage on-ground activities including kiosks, sampling, and roadshows
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams
- Ensure proper branding and visibility at all activation points
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Handle logistics, permissions, and event setup




- Maintain relationships with partners, retailers, and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in BTL / field marketing
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for on-ground activities
