Accountant – Accounts & Finance

Location: Mumbai Experience: 3–7 Years Qualification: B. Com / M. Com / CA Inter preferred

Key Responsibilities

•

Handle day-to-day accounting for group companies and projects.

•

Maintain sales, purchase, debtor and creditor accounts.

•

Prepare GST and TDS workings and returns and coordinate with consultants.

•

Handle bank reconciliation and banking transactions.

•

Maintain loan accounts, EMI schedules and interest calculations.

•

Prepare monthly MIS, outstanding and cash-flow reports for management.

•

Reconcile bank, ledger, debtor and creditor balances and resolve discrepancies.

•

Monitor statutory payment and filing deadlines.

•

Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and internal departments.

•





Maintain proper accounting records and ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance work.

Required Skills

•

Strong knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel.

•

Practical knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax.

•

Good understanding of banking, loan accounting and reconciliations.

•

Good analytical and follow-up skills.

•

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

•

Real estate / construction industry experience will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and suitability.
