Hiring: Oracle Fusion Finance GL & Fusion Tax Consultant

Location: Hybrid (Pan India)

About the Role We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion ERP Consultant specializing in General Ledger (GL) and Fusion Tax. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial accounting and tax configurations within Oracle Fusion ERP, with proven success in endtoend implementations and clientfacing consulting.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion GL and Tax module implementations.
- Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and configure GL & Tax functionality.
- Conduct workshops, CRP, SIT, UAT, and support golive activities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses) for seamless integration.
- Provide best practice guidance and resolve functional issues.
- Document business processes, configurations, and testing outcomes.




- Deliver client training and postimplementation support.

Required Skills
- 8–12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP – GL & Tax.
- Strong knowledge of GL processes: chart of accounts, ledgers, journal entries, allocations, consolidations, and reporting.
- Expertise in Tax configurations: tax rules, tax regimes, tax reporting, and compliance.
- Handson experience in endtoend Fusion ERP implementations.
- Robust analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in hybrid mode and manage client interactions effectively.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to other Fusion Financials modules (AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses).
