Job Summary
We are looking for a target-oriented Business Development Executive with experience in B2B and subscription-based sales. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to client acquisition and closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through calls, emails and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable software/subscription solutions.
- Conduct product presentations/demos and handle client queries.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records in CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying customers.

Requirements




- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in B2B, IT, SaaS, software or subscription-based sales.
- Proven experience in end-to-end sales and client conversion.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and sales processes is preferred.

Preferred Background: IT/Software/SaaS, B2B Sales, Subscription Sales, Inside Sales, Product Sales, Corporate Sales.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
