About the Role

CorpSecurity International is looking for a
Lead Generation Executive (LGE)
to support the Business Development team by identifying relevant security professionals, maintaining accurate prospect data, and executing outbound prospecting campaigns across international markets.

This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates with strong research skills, good written communication, typing accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospects based on defined
Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
.
- Build targeted prospect lists using
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
and other approved prospecting tools.
- Research skilled profiles, job titles, companies, seniority, and geographic markets.
- Collect, verify, organize, and maintain accurate prospect and contact information.
- Add, update, segment, and maintain prospect records in
HubSpot CRM
.




- Set up and manage
cold email outreach campaigns
using approved sales automation tools.
- Execute and monitor
LinkedIn outreach campaigns
using approved tools.
- Monitor prospect responses and engagement and promptly route interested prospects to the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate lead-source, campaign, and prospect information in the CRM.
- Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly prospecting and lead-generation targets.

Skills & Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers may apply.
- Any educational background; a degree is not mandatory.
- Good written English and professional communication skills
.
- Good
typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
.
- Strong
internet research skills
and ability to work with LinkedIn, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and web-based tools.
- Ability to
follow defined processes and consistently meet assigned targets
.
- Strong work ethic
