Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth at Derma Arts. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, customer-handling, and sales-conversion skills, with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales /Telecalling team.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Monitor leads from calls, WhatsApp, social media, digital campaigns, and other sources.
- Ensure effective lead follow-up, conversion, appointment booking, and clinic visits.
- Track the complete customer journey from enquiry to consultation and treatment conversion.
- Handle high-value clients and assist the team in closing treatment packages.




- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion, walk-ins, package sales, and revenue.
- Monitor individual team performance through daily reports and KPIs.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training.
- Identify gaps in the sales process and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, front desk, and management for smooth customer handling.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle customer objections, queries, and escalations professionally.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales reports with management.
- Ensure proper CRM/lead management and timely follow-ups.
