About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Retail Sales to lead our sales strategy, drive

pipeline growth, and expand our footprint across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing sales

teams, optimizing sales operations, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across

target retail sectors.

Lead, mentor, and scale the outbound sales team, implementing key sales

methodologies and pipeline tracking.

Identify new market opportunities, manage key account relationships, and streamline

the customer acquisition process.

Evaluate and implement sales tools, CRMs, and prospecting workflows to maximize

team productivity.

Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales goals with overall business

growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

5+ years of sales leadership experience, specifically within Retail,



Consumer Goods,

or Wholesale markets.

Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and scale B2B sales pipelines from scratch.

Strong proficiency with up-to-date CRM platforms, prospecting tools, and sales

engagement technology.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical

experience).

If your core goal remains sourcing contact details for B2B buyers, direct prospecting via B2B

databases (like Apollo or Sales Navigator) is the standard method for obtaining verified

business contact information without relying on applicant submissions.

Pay: ₹24,520.53 - ₹95,918.09 per month
