Job Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can generate leads, communicate with potential customers, and convert them into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, references, and other sources.
- Contact and follow up with potential customers.
- Explain our products and services clearly.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with interested clients.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Update daily sales activities and lead status.
- Work closely with the marketing team to achieve business goals.

Target & Performance
- This is a target-based sales position.




- The candidate will be assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Performance will be evaluated based on lead generation, client conversions, and revenue generated.
- Attractive incentives will be provided for achieving or exceeding targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer calls and meetings.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, social media, and CRM/Excel.
- Self-motivated and confident personality.
- Previous sales or marketing experience will be preferred, but freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: As per company policy
Incentives: Based on target achievement and sales performance.
