Ramdee Solutions is looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our field sales team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential clients, generating business leads, and developing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit local businesses and potential clients for business development.
- Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
- Present and explain company products/services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
- Follow up with leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily records of field visits, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team and regularly update management.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, field sales, or marketing is preferred.
- Himachali-speaking ability is required.




- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Personal vehicle is required for field visits.
- Smartphone is mandatory.
- Laptop is optional but preferred.
- Should be self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
