Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Allocate work to operators and production staff according to priorities.
- Monitor production targets, work progress, and deadlines.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Check the quality of finished and semi-finished products.
- Identify production issues and take corrective action.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns or maintenance requirements.
- Ensure minimum material wastage and control rework.
- Maintain daily production reports and attendance records.
- Ensure workers follow company rules, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the factory.




- Train and guide operators and new production employees.
- Handle production-related problems and escalate major issues to management.
- Ensure materials are available as per production requirements.
- Monitor work quality and productivity of team members.
- Ensure all urgent and priority jobs are completed on time.
- Support management in improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
- - Positive knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Strong manpower handling and team management skills.
- Ability to understand production drawings and measurements.
