We are looking for a Business Development Professional to drive business growth and expand our customer base for Industrial Vacuum Pumps, Dry Vacuum Pumps, Vacuum Systems, and related engineering solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with industrial customers, understanding technical requirements, preparing quotations, and achieving sales goals.

Role & responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and prospective customers.
- Generate leads through market research, cold calling, references, and networking.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable vacuum pump/system solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales/business development goals.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the business.
- Maintain customer databases, sales pipelines, and regular MIS reports.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
- 15 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, Preferably in Vacuum Pumps & Systems | Industrial Machinery | Pharma | Chemical | Petrochemical | Fertilizer | Process Equipment | OEM | Engineering Industry
- Strong understanding of industrial products, machines, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales reporting tools.
