Role & responsibilities
- Plan and execute on-ground and digital B2B marketing campaigns including events, workshops, email marketing, ABM and regional marketing activities.
- Develop and execute marketing plans for Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering segments.
- Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture recent business opportunities and leads.
- Support sales through online and offline marketing initiatives, campaigns and sales collateral.
- Coordinate with prospects and internal sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and progression of opportunities.
- Track marketing activities and support opportunities through the sales/business closure process.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry bodies, associations, events and relevant external stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, industry trend analysis and customer insight studies.
- Support branding, publicity and corporate communication campaigns.
- Manage marketing materials, presentations, brochures,



digital content and other collaterals

Preferred candidate profile
- 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing, Industrial Marketing, or Manufacturing Marketing.
- Experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering Services preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in field marketing, event/workshop management, regional marketing campaigns, email marketing, ABM, lead generation, and sales enablement.
- Experience working closely with B2B sales teams to generate leads, nurture opportunities, and support business closure.
- Good understanding of market research, competitor analysis, customer insights, industry trends, branding, and marketing communications.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and digital marketing tools/platforms.
