Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help identify and develop new business opportunities for our Building Management System (BMS), Building Automation and Commissioning Services.

The role will primarily involve B2B prospecting and relationship building with architects, MEP consultants, developers, contractors and other stakeholders involved in commercial and residential construction projects.

Key responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow-ups to introduce our BMS commissioning and building automation services.
- Identify additional upcoming projects being handled by consultants and contractors.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the founder/technical team for detailed technical and commercial discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, project information and follow-ups in the company CRM/database.
- Conduct online research through company websites, LinkedIn and other sources to identify relevant contacts.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until the opportunity is qualified or closed.





This is primarily a lead generation and business development role, rather than retail/property sales.

Preferred candidate profile
- 03 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, business development, telesales or lead generation.
- Comfortable making a high volume of professional outbound calls and speaking with senior professionals.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable researching companies and identifying the correct decision-maker.
- Persistent and organised with robust follow-up discipline.
- Basic proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Graduate or diploma holder preferred.
