We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong experience in Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling, and productionizing analytical solutions. The role involves end-to-end model lifecycle activities including development, validation, deployment, monitoring, recalibration, and production support.

Mandatory Skills
- 6+ years of strong Python development
- Hands-on Machine Learning model development & deployment
- Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
- XGBoost / LightGBM
- SQL & Database Programming
- Statistical Modeling & Predictive Analytics
- Feature Engineering & Model Evaluation
- Model Recalibration, Retraining & Performance Monitoring
- Experience with production ML/analytical applications
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting & RCA skills




- Experience handling large datasets
- Solid communication & stakeholder management

Good to Have
- PySpark
- Oracle
- Scorecards, Probability Models, Forecasting or Risk Models
- Model Governance & Validation
- Agile development experience

Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize ML models, perform validation/recalibration, deploy models into enterprise environments, monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and support the complete model lifecycle.
