We are looking for an experienced
ServiceNow HAM/SAM Developer
with strong hands-on experience in
Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB
. The candidate will be responsible for development, configuration, implementation, enhancement and support of HAM/SAM solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure
ServiceNow HAM and SAM
solutions.
- Work on
HAM Pro and SAM Pro
modules.
- Manage hardware asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
- Configure software models, entitlements, licenses and compliance.
- Work on software license reconciliation and optimization.
- Integrate HAM/SAM with
CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery
.
- Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows and Flow Designer.
- Develop and maintain asset-related reports, dashboards and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HAM/SAM technical issues.




- Perform asset and CI reconciliation and data normalization.
- Support ServiceNow upgrades, enhancements and production issues.
- Develop integrations with third-party asset management and discovery systems.
- Ensure accurate asset data and alignment between
Assets, CIs and CMDB
.
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver HAM/SAM enhancements.
