Roles and Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects in office to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of site planning, execution, and management principles.
- Proficiency in Autocad software for designing blueprints and layouts.
