Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Business Head to lead the business, sales, operations, and growth activities across multiple branches within the assigned region.

The ideal candidate must have robust EdTech experience with a proven track record in student admissions, sales, team management, branch operations, revenue generation, and business expansion. The candidate will be responsible for achieving regional revenue targets, managing branch teams, improving operational efficiency, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Business Management
- Take complete responsibility for the
business performance of the assigned region
.
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue and admission targets.




- Monitor branch-wise performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Drive new business opportunities, market expansion, and student acquisition.
- Prepare and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve regional
admission, sales, and revenue targets
.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and student enrolment.
- Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to admission.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and institutional opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance and take corrective actions wherever required.

3. Branch Operations
- Manage the overall operations of multiple branches within the region.
- Ensure branches achieve their operational and business targets.
- Monitor branch profitability, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular branch visits
