We are looking for a highly motivated Executive / Senior Executive – Lead Optimization to manage inbound leads, conduct effective customer conversations, qualify prospects and maximize lead-to-appointment and lead-to-sale conversion.

The ideal candidate will have strong telesales, lead management, customer engagement and sales closure experience, with the ability to understand customer requirements, build trust, overcome objections and drive prospects toward successful appointments and conversions.

This role is ideal for a target-oriented professional who can perform effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced customer engagement setting.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and respond promptly to new leads.
- Follow up with prospects through telephone, email and other approved communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements, concerns and expectations and provide relevant information about products and services.
- Qualify leads based on customer need, interest, budget, location and purchase intent.




- Convert qualified leads into appointments, consultations and sales opportunities.
- Drive lead nurturing through structured and timely follow-ups.
- Build strong customer relationships throughout the sales journey.
- Handle customer objections professionally and use appropriate objection-handling and closing techniques.
- Explain products and services clearly, accurately and confidently.
- Maintain accurate lead, customer and interaction records in CRM/software/web-based platforms.
- Update inquiry sheets, follow-up status, appointment details and conversion information.
- Ensure no qualified lead is missed through effective follow-up tracking and pipeline management.
- Coordinate with internal sales, operations and service teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Meet individual and team-level lead conversion, appointment and sales targets.
- Analyze lead quality and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
