About the Role

We are looking for experienced and target-driven
Associates / Senior Associates
to manage the complete student enrollment journey. This is a
pure Individual Contributor (IC) role
with end-to-end sales responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Make
cold calls and follow up
with leads provided by the company.
- Understand student/parent requirements and
fix appointments
.
- Conduct
online/offline demos and product presentations
.
- Counsel students and parents and explain suitable courses/programs.
- Handle objections, negotiate,



follow up, and
close enrollments
.
- Maintain lead and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned
daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience
in B2C Sales / Inside Sales / Education Sales / EdTech preferred.
- Strong communication skills in
Tamil & English
.
- Positive convincing, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
- Comfortable with
cold calling and target-based sales
.
- Customer-focused, self-driven, and result-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
