Responsibilities

1. Design and govern formal governance frameworks, policies, and processes adhering to organizational and regulatory compliance standards.
2. Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure technology architecture aligns with business goals and governance mandates.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in systems by implementing best practices for performance optimization and risk identification.
4. Provide expert guidance to teams on cybersecurity, auditing, IT regulations, and adherence to frameworks.
5. Deliver executive presentations and reports to stakeholders, driving informed decisions on governance strategies.

Requirements

1. A minimum of 12 years of experience in IT Governance, Technical Architecture, or relevant roles.
2. A strong knowledge base in governance and risk management frameworks including ISO, COBIT, TOGAF and related methodologies.
3. A proven track record in designing technical architecture and leading large-scale cross-border compliance programs.
4. Advanced interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills, fostering seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
