Job Descriptions for Sales & Marketing
- Bringing in new clients and keeping hold of current ones.
- Travelling to the client's office for approvals on shop drawings, samples, and discussions.
- Visiting the client at the location to discuss upcoming projects with samples.
- Transmitting quotes and price negotiations.
- Registering the final order and sales.
- Giving the dispatch manager the section packing list and the hardware list; giving the billing department the details of the invoice.
- Placing the Project Manager on the Site (the Project Manager will carry out the tasks listed in his Job Description).
- Ensuring On-Time Delivery & Dispatch.
- Obtaining site measurements at the time of the glass order,



informing the client of any changes, and revising the purchase order as necessary.
- Periodically reviewing Site Updates for Glass & Hardware Deliveries at Site and Timely Section Deliveries.
- Client clearance for handover and billing
- The concluding payment.
- Attending to site complaints.

Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates from Aluminium Glass Partitions Systems, Office Modular Furniture, Kitchen Modular Furniture, Glass , Carpet, Architectural Light, Office Chairs will be preferred.
- Confident with Positive Communication skills
- Knowledge of Writing Mails, Basic Excel, Words is must
- Self-Motivated
- Should have own conveyance ( Two Wheeler)
