Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients across various industries.
- Provide expert-level support to customers on performance management modules such as Goal Management, Performance Appraisal, and Succession Planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using PMGMM (Performance Management Governance Module).
- Troubleshoot issues related to SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects and provide timely resolutions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Solid understanding of performance management concepts including goal setting, appraisals, succession planning, and analytics.
- Proficiency in working with PMGMM module within the SAP SuccessFactors suite of products.
