We are looking for an HR Vertical Head who can take ownership of building and scaling our HR & Manpower Solutions vertical from the ground up.

This is not just an HR management role—it is an opportunity to build an HR business, acquire clients, create a team, establish systems and drive the vertical towards profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead the complete HR & Manpower Solutions vertical from scratch.

Develop and execute recruitment, manpower and talent acquisition strategies.





Develop and execute client acquisition strategies and actively generate HR business.

Identify prospects, build relationships, negotiate and successfully close deals to onboard clients.

Reconnect with potential/former clients and present relevant HR and manpower solutions.

Build, train and manage the recruitment, HR and client-acquisition team.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, placement and HR operations.

Develop and implement HR processes, SOPs, KRAs, KPIs and SLAs.

Manage client and candidate relationships and ensure successful delivery of client requirements.

Understand client requirements and manage workforce planning and manpower needs.

Build a scalable HR outsourcing, recruitment and manpower-solutions model.

Monitor team performance, service quality, client satisfaction and business results.

Take complete ownership of the growth, revenue and overall performance of the HR vertical.
