Role & responsibilities -

1. Understand the requirements of current customers and give them appropriate quotation;

2. Attend to inquiries of customers over Indiamart, JustDial, Tradeindia and other leads from other social media platforms;

3. Reply appropriately to all inquiries regularly received over mail;

4. Follow up regarding the status of order and once order is finalised, follow up regarding dispatch of the material as per the order with the dispatch team;

5. Tracking the outstanding amounts of the customers and following up with them for prompt and timely payments;

6. Timely follow up with some of the existing customers for their routine business requirements;

7. Prior knowledge of Tally would be added advantage;

Preferred candidate profile

1. Should be minimum graduate;

2. Prior experience of handling sales of at least 2 years would be preferred;

3. Should be able to converse with the customer in English. 100% Fluency in English is not required but at least the candidate should be able to talk and understand English;
