* 3-6 years of experience in dispatch/logistics preferred.
* Knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
* Good coordination and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
Manage daily dispatch and shipment activities.
* Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
* Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and customers for timely deliveries.
* Maintain dispatch records and update shipment status.
* Ensure proper packing, loading, and quantity verification.
* Coordinate with the warehouse and sales team for smooth dispatch operations.
* Handle basic MIS/reporting related to dispatch.
