Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, translating them into functional specifications.
- Lead the implementation, enhancement, and adoption of Salesforce CRM solutions, including Life Sciences Cloud, Healthcare Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Document and manage comprehensive business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications to support project objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams across commercial operations, IT, sales, marketing, and analytics to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Perform detailed data analysis to generate actionable insights that inform commercial strategies and decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Salesforce and other BI tools to monitor and analyze key business metrics.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect management, ensuring solution validation and alignment with business needs.
