Operations Manager:

Experience:10–12 Years
Work Mode: Work From Home / Remote
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and oversee the *day-to-day operations* of the organization.

* Coordinate with *trainers, students, counsellors, recruiters, and internal teams*.

* Manage batch scheduling, trainer allocation, class planning, and operational workflows.

* Monitor trainer attendance, student attendance, class completion, and batch performance.

* Handle student and trainer concerns and ensure *timely resolution of escalations*.

* Monitor the quality and smooth functioning of online classes.

* Manage trainer onboarding, documentation, and operational coordination.

* Track operational KPIs, productivity, student engagement, and team performance.

* Prepare and maintain *daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports*.

* Maintain operational trackers using *MS Excel / Google Sheets*.

* Identify operational gaps and implement effective process improvements.





* Develop SOPs and ensure processes are followed consistently.

* Coordinate with management on operational planning and business requirements.

* Manage remote teams effectively and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

* Take ownership of operational challenges and provide quick, practical solutions.

* 6–10 years of experience* in Operations Management, preferably in *EdTech, Education, Training, or Online Learning*.

* Proven experience in managing teams and day-to-day business operations.

* Strong leadership, coordination, and people-management skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communication.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Positive knowledge of *MS Excel / Google Sheets and MIS reporting*.

* Ability to manage multiple teams, priorities, and deadlines.

* Experience handling *student/trainer escalations* is preferred.
