Role Description — Candidate Sourcing & Lead Generation Specialist

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to
find and bring qualified job-seeking candidates into the OpenHired pipeline
.

You’ll use LinkedIn, social media, online communities, job boards, and other channels to identify people who are actively looking for opportunities, start conversations with them, understand their situation, and pass qualified leads to our team.

This is a




high-activity sourcing role
for someone who enjoys finding people, starting conversations, and consistently building a strong pipeline.

Qualifications
- Experience in
lead generation, candidate sourcing, recruitment sourcing, or business development
- Strong ability to research and find people through LinkedIn and social media
- Comfortable initiating conversations with people you don’t already know
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to identify genuine job seekers and distinguish them from casual inquiries
- Highly organized and comfortable maintaining lead lists and tracking outreach
- Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable working toward lead-generation targets
- Experience working with the U.S. job market or international candidates
is a plus
