We are looking for an experienced ??? ?? ?????????? ?????????? with strong functional expertise in SAP FICO Controlling, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis, Month End Close, Overhead Assessment, and Settlement.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience with minimum 2 End to End SAP ECC 6.0 Implementation Project experience, including project documentation and activities within BBP, Realization, Final Preparation, and post Go-Live Support.

✅ Facilitate implementation and support of SAP Financials with focus on FICO Controlling

✅ Work on Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Material Ledger

✅ Work on Profitability Analysis and report creation using Report Painter functionalities

✅ Support Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead Assessment, and Settlement activities

✅ Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements

✅ Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements

✅ Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements

✅ Work on testing, troubleshooting, and documentation activities

✅ Support new requirements from client based on change requests

✅ Work across Financial Analysis, Accounts Receivable, Financial Forecasting, O2C, Invoicing, Billing, and Variance Analysis

✅ Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives

✅ Design, customize, configure, and test FI/CO modules

✅ Identify gaps, issues, and workaround solutions

✅ Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting and issue resolution





✅ Document functional designs, test cases, and results

✅ Proactively identify and propose business processes and system enhancements

✅ Provide consulting services on new implementations and existing support projects

✅ Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams

✅ Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required

✔️ 5+ years of experience in SAP CO / FICO Controlling

✔️ Minimum 2 End to End SAP ECC 6.0 Implementation Project experience

✔️ Experience in BBP, Realization, Final Preparation, and post Go-Live Support activities

✔️ Robust knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules

✔️ Experience in SAP ECC 6.0 / Straightforward Finance Implementation preferred

✔️ Strong experience in Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Product Costing

✔️ Experience in Material Ledger and Profitability Analysis

✔️ Experience in Report Painter functionalities

✔️ Experience in Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead Assessment, and Settlement

✔️ Experience in FI/CO design, customization, configuration, and testing

✔️ Experience in functional designs, test cases, and documentation

✔️ Knowledge of business process and SAP implementation methodology

✔️ Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

✔️ Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members

✔️ Certified Cost Accountant preferred

✔️ Relevant SAP Certification would be an added advantage

✔️ Business / Industry experience involving Steel Melting — Stainless Steel / Mild Steel

✔️ Experience in Aluminum Die-Casting, Forging, Metal-Casting, Discrete Manufacturing, or Auto Ancillary Industry

✔️ Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred
