Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP CFIN Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, SAP Central Finance, and S/4HANA Finance Transformation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end CFIN implementations, finance process transformation, data migration, and client-facing consulting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and support SAP Central Finance (CFIN) end-to-end implementation projects.
- Provide strong functional expertise across SAP FI/CO and S/4HANA Finance.
- Work with Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New GL, and S/4HANA Finance.
- Drive finance process harmonization and standardization across multiple ERP/source systems.
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
- Support S/4HANA Finance transformation programs, including Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.
- Participate in data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and testing activities.
- Support cutover planning, Go-Live, Hypercare, and production support.
- Lead client workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend SAP best-practice solutions.




- Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO and SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
- Minimum 23 end-to-end SAP Central Finance implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), and New GL.
- Experience in S/4HANA Finance Transformation programs.
- Experience with Greenfield and Brownfield implementations.
- Solid experience in Fit-Gap Analysis and Finance Process Transformation.
- Experience in Data Migration, Data Validation, Testing, Cutover, and Go-Live Support.
- Experience in Hypercare and Production Support.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Ability to independently conduct client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting Certification.
- SAP Central Finance Certification is an advantage.
- Experience working on global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and large-scale SAP implementations.
