About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP Integration Lead with strong expertise in SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP BTP, and Event Mesh . The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

Event Mesh experience is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Architecture & Design

- Design and architect enterprise integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite .
- Define integration patterns, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Lead hybrid integration scenarios involving SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and third-party applications .
- Drive API-led and event-driven architecture initiatives.

Development & Implementation
- Develop and deploy iFlows using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) .
- Configure and manage APIs through SAP API Management .
- Design and implement event-driven integrations using SAP Event Mesh (Mandatory) .
- Develop mappings, transformations, routing, exception handling, and security configurations.
- Integrate systems using REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, JDBC, and SFTP protocols.

SAP BTP & AMS Support
- Manage and support SAP BTP Integration landscapes in production environments.
- Monitor interfaces and troubleshoot critical integration issues.
- Handle incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
- Ensure platform stability, performance optimization, and high availability.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.





Leadership & Project Delivery
- Lead integration workstreams across implementation and rollout projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and integration consultants.
- Own technical solutioning and client-facing discussions.

Governance & Security
- Define monitoring frameworks, naming standards, and documentation practices.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
- Implement OAuth, SAML, certificate-based authentication, and API security policies.
- Maintain integration documentation and knowledge repositories.

Mandatory Skills
- 7+ years of SAP experience
- 4+ years of hands-on SAP BTP Integration Suite experience
- Solid expertise in:
- SAP Cloud Integration (CPI)
- SAP API Management
- SAP Event Mesh (Mandatory)
- SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- Experience with:
- REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC
- SAP S/4HANA and ECC integrations
- Integration architecture and solution design
- Production support / AMS engagements
- Security protocols (OAuth, SAML, Certificates)

Preferred Skills
- SAP BTP Integration Suite Certification
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps deployment pipelines
- Exposure to SAP Extension Suite and other BTP services
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in large-scale enterprise integration programs
