ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

- Manage SAP Change Management processes and approvals.
- Provide System Refresh Support and handle EarlyWatch Alerts (EWA).
- Support and track kernel upgrades, patch upgrades, and license measurement.
- Handle critical issue support (P1/P2) and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage ERP Cars & Trucks migration projects.
- Administer TRANYTIME changes and TMS distribution planning/validation.
- Support yearend activities and DE launch requests.
- Perform SLES patch management and production monitoring after major changes.
- Conduct job monitoring for critical jobs and system health checks.
- Manage certificate administration, RFC connections, printer management, LDAP configuration.
- Provide support for Axway queries, Majorel & Basware credit notes archive, eDoc Poland/Hungary implementation.
- Handle BTP key management, SOA manager connections,



NACOS calendar updates, UCON management.
- Perform AJMR health checks and SAP OSS message support.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: 6-9 years in SAP Basis administration and support.
- Technical Expertise: Robust knowledge of SAP Basis core modules, TMS, system refresh, patch/kernel upgrades, and ERP migrations.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle critical incidents (P1/P2) with quick turnaround.
- Tools & Platforms: Hands-on with SLES patching, certificate/RFC management, LDAP configuration, Axway, eDoc solutions.
- Monitoring Skills: Proficient in production monitoring, job monitoring, and system health checks.
- Communication: Clear documentation and stakeholder coordination for change approvals.
- Added Advantage: Exposure to BTP key management, SOA manager, NACOS, UCON administration.
