About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP NetWeaver Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Basis administration and SAP S/4HANA environments to support large-scale SAP transformation, implementation, migration, and upgrade programs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for SAP landscape administration, system installations and upgrades, performance optimization, technical troubleshooting, integrations, and ongoing support across enterprise SAP environments.

The candidate should have solid hands-on experience with SAP NetWeaver, SAP Basis, S/4HANA, SAP HANA, Fiori, SAP Gateway, Web Dispatcher, and SAP Solution Manager, along with experience supporting enterprise integrations and SAP transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities SAP Basis & NetWeaver Administration

- Administer, monitor, and maintain SAP NetWeaver and SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
- Perform SAP system installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
- Manage SAP application servers, instances, profiles, and system parameters.
- Execute SAP kernel upgrades and Support Package implementations.
- Perform system copies, system refreshes, client copies, backup, and recovery activities.
- Manage SAP Transport Management System (TMS) and support deployments across landscapes.

SAP S/4HANA & HANA Administration
- Support SAP S/4HANA technical landscapes across development, quality, and production environments.
- Monitor SAP HANA database performance and resource utilization.
- Perform technical activities related to S/4HANA migrations, conversions, and upgrades.
- Support Greenfield, Brownfield,



and Selective Data Transition programs.
- Troubleshoot application and database performance issues.

SAP Fiori, Gateway & Web Dispatcher
- Configure and support SAP Fiori Launchpad and SAP Gateway services.
- Manage SAP Web Dispatcher configuration and troubleshooting.
- Support Fiori-related connectivity, authentication, and performance issues.
- Ensure integration between Fiori applications and backend S/4HANA systems.

Integration & Middleware
- Support SAP integration technologies including SAP PI/PO and SAP CPI.
- Work with integration and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot interface and connectivity issues.
- Support integration between SAP and external enterprise applications.
- Exposure to APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven integration is preferred.

Infrastructure, Security & Operations
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on server sizing, OS administration, storage, network connectivity, and capacity planning.
- Support SAP environments running on Linux/Unix and Windows platforms.
- Perform user administration and role assignments in coordination with SAP Security teams.
- Support High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments.




- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, audit, and operational standards.

Technical Support & Documentation
- Troubleshoot complex SAP technical issues and provide root-cause analysis.
- Work closely with Basis, Infrastructure, Security, Functional, and Integration teams.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, architecture diagrams, and operational manuals.
- Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.
- Support production releases, incident management, and change management activities.

Required Skills
- 8-12 years of experience in SAP Basis / SAP NetWeaver administration.
- Minimum 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA project experience.

- Strong understanding of SAP system monitoring and performance tuning.
- Experience with SAP security and authorization concepts.
- Exposure to Linux/Unix and Windows server environments.
- Experience supporting global SAP delivery and production environments.
