Job Title: SAP BASIS Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for a professional with 3-6 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, focusing on system stability, security, and performance. The successful candidate will contribute to the operational excellence of our SAP landscape.

1. Perform routine monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SAP systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
2. Assist in the configuration and management of SAP Transport Management System (TMS) and Change and Transport System (CTS).
3. Support the execution of SAP patch and support package upgrades across various environments.
4. Execute system and sandbox refresh activities following established procedures and best practices.
5. Contribute to the configuration and management of SAP information security parameters, including user and authorization management.
6. Assist with Oracle database management tasks specific to SAP databases.
7. Monitor technical instances, services, and applications for SAP Process Integration (PI), Document Management System (DMS), and Test Data Migration Server (TDMS).
8. Support the deployment and maintenance of SAP PI components such as Enterprise Services Repository (ESR), System Landscape Directory (SLD), and Service Registry (SR).
9. Monitor and manage PI and Business Intelligence (BI) messages and data flow, including IDOCs.

Participate in the configuration and management of SAP Solution Manager for EarlyWatch Alert (EWA) and system alerts.

Skills and Qualifications
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration or a similar technical support role.
- Proven proficiency in SAP system monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SAP TMS and CTS for effective transport management.
- Experience with SAP patch and support package upgrade processes.
- Knowledge of SAP system refresh procedures and execution.
- Understanding of SAP security concepts, including user and authorization management, potentially involving GRC.
- Basic experience with Oracle database administration in an SAP context.
- Exposure to SAP PI, BI, DMS, and TDMS monitoring and management.
- Ability to work with SAP Solution Manager for various administrative tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder interaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
