Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a driven and experienced Salesperson to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and promoting Fliegls range of agricultural machinery to farmers, dealers, and distributors across your assigned territory. You will be the face of Fliegl India in the market building strong relationships with customers, advising them on the right solutions for their needs, and ensuring they receive the best after-sales support.

Preferred candidate profile

- Proven experience in selling agricultural machinery, farm equipment, or related products a minimum of 3 to 5 years of field sales experience is preferred • Strong understanding of agricultural practices, farming operations, and the needs of the Indian farming community • Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — ability to explain technical products in simple,



relatable terms to farmers and non-technical customers • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory • Valid driving licence and ability to drive in rural and semi-urban areas • Proficiency in the local regional language of the assigned territory, in addition to Hindi and basic English
