Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels.

- Contact potential customers and explain products or services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and follow up on leads.

- Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.





- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
