We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead with 12+ years of experience in software testing, automation, and quality engineering, with strong expertise in Salesforce testing, Selenium C#, BDD/SpecFlow, API automation, and Worksoft Certify .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end QA and testing delivery across portfolio and project demands.
- Manage and mentor a team of 10–12 QA professionals , including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Define and drive the QA automation strategy and roadmap for medium to large-scale programs.
- Provide technical leadership in Selenium C# automation using BDD/SpecFlow .
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks.
- Implement and manage Selenium Grid for scalable and parallel test execution.
- Develop and execute API automation solutions for integrated applications.
- Drive Salesforce functional, integration, regression, and automation testing.
- Collaborate with Architects and Scrum teams to improve requirements clarity, testability, and automation readiness .
- Review functional and technical designs and provide QA-focused feedback.
- Establish and monitor testing metrics,



KPIs, quality measurements, and automation coverage .
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and continuous deployment.

Mandatory Technical Skills

- 12+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
- Strong experience as a QA Lead / Test Lead / Automation Lead .
- Strong Salesforce Testing experience.
- Hands-on expertise in Selenium WebDriver with C# .
- Robust experience with BDD using SpecFlow .
- Experience in API Automation Testing .
- Hands-on experience implementing and managing Selenium Grid .
- Strong understanding of Agile testing methodologies .
- Experience with Test Automation frameworks and accelerators .
- Knowledge of Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) / Behavior Driven Development (BDD) .
- Experience with Worksoft Certify is required for the relevant automation landscape.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD and continuous testing .
- Experience defining and applying QA metrics, testing measurements, and automation KPIs .
