Job Role:

Senior Technical Architect – DevOps (Salesforce)

JD:

1. 14+ years of IT experience with 10+ years on the Salesforce platform and 8+ years in enterprise DevOps/CI/CD architecture.

2. Define enterprise DevOps strategy, governance, Platform Engineering, release management, and operating models for large Salesforce transformations.

3. Strong expertise in Salesforce DX, Metadata API, Salesforce CLI, Apex, LWC, environment strategy, and release management.

4. Hands-on expertise with Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Git, Bitbucket, and Salesforce DevOps tools.

5. Robust knowledge of DevSecOps, GitOps, Terraform/IaC, Docker, Kubernetes, security, monitoring, and observability platforms.

6. Experience with AI engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and Cursor, plus enterprise pre-sales, RFP/RFI, PoCs, and executive stakeholder management.

7. Salesforce Architecture certification, Salesforce Industries/Vlocity, Sales/Service/Experience/Data Cloud, Agentforce, and cloud certifications are preferred.
